SAFEGUARD CORPORATE SERVICES (SCS) was established in the year 2009 and incorporated as Pvt.Ltd. in the year 2017 with the aim of providing world class Security Services, Facility management Services and Manpower Outsourcing Services all over Karnataka. Within a short span of time, we have expanded our capacity to service many Clients and now SCS is leading private Security, Facility management and Manpower Support service providing company in Karnataka. Today we work with an extensive cross � section of major Corporate Clients.

SMART MANAGEMENTS SYSTEMS
We have Manager Ops, Area Mgr., field officers based at major locations responsible for complete operational activities of the concerned areas.
We have the mobile patrol vans available to meet any contingent regiments or as per specific demand of the client.
Availability of 24 hours manned Security Control Room to respond to client management as well as the guards deployed.
Constant supervision of the guards at no extra cost due to the visits by Manager (Operations), Area Managers and Field Officers.
On the job training at unique / location regularly to include knowledge of the guard about his duty post, reactions in the event of any contingency and capability of the guarding team.
Creative and maintaining a “Security Presence” and high visibility by various means in order to detect crime and to give visitors and staff a comfortable and secure feeling in the client’s premises.

RECRUITMENT & TRAINING
Before Recruitment, we undertake a thorough screening. We generally prefer sponsored candidates with proper references. We confirm one’s identity by their various records like school certificate, ration cards, voter ID card etc., apart from other cross questioning and interrogation. After that we carry out police verification of our selected candidates.
We recruit and provide qualified security personnel based on the requirement of our clients. The standards for recruitment for our security guards are:
Minimum qualification is Matriculation and above.
Physically fit and mentally alert.
Age for security guard is 20-40 years and for Supervisors is 35-50 years.
Compulsory Antecedent verification.
Each new candidate is given 2 weeks Indoor and outdoor training. Training consists of a range of processes involved in making sure that job holders have the right skills, knowledge and attitudes required to help the organisation to achieve its objectives. Finally they are given on job training at the posts.
