Security Guard is a trained protective agent who is hired to Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. He maintains reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
His responsibility includes answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.

SECURITY SUPERVISOR
Security Supervisor, who is part of a permanent security staff in the unit, also monitors and renders an'OK' report to the control room on each shift and takes instructions if any. ON CALL VISIT Apart from the routine visits as above and the concern, our officers visit units immediately on call basis at any time of the day or night as required.
FIELD OFFICER
The area has been divided into various zones consisting of certain number of Units. Each such Zone is personally look after by a Field Officer. The Field Officer visits the unit daily to check the attendance, discipline, turnout of staff and also meet the Security In-charge of the unit and take necessary instructions on day to day functioning and requirements.
CONTROL ROOM
We have a 24 Hours and 365 days functional Located at #57, 2 nd Cross, AGB Layout, Opp. M Chinnappa Corporation Govt. Hospital, Mahalakshmipuram, Bangalore- 560 086. Apart from this all our Field Officers and Field Managers are provided with Mobile Phones for instant COMMUNICATION all the time.
